Every project is unique. The actual delivery time depends, among other things, on the complexity of the model, the quantity ordered, and the availability of individual parts.
As a general guideline, once the prototype has been approved, you can expect a production time of about 8 weeks.
No. There is no minimum order quantity.
However, certain costs are incurred regardless of the quantity ordered. These include, for example, model development, the creation of building instructions, and packaging design. For this reason, larger quantities are generally more cost-effective, as these one-time costs per set become negligible.
