Much more than just a building-block model

Comprehensive service. Tailored to your needs.

From the initial idea through the digital model to the assembly instructions, packaging, UV printing, and final assembly, many steps are interlinked. And the best part is: we handle most of these steps right here in-house. That way, we can keep a close eye on quality, deadlines, and every detail at all times.

Small bricks, big impact.

  • Every project starts with an idea. Once we understand your requirements, we begin developing a digital model. Even at this early stage, we check the current availability of the necessary bricks and colors to ensure that the model can later be produced exactly as designed.
  • This keeps you informed throughout the entire development process. You’ll receive regular renderings of each development stage, so adjustments can be made at any time if necessary. This keeps the development process efficient and transparent.
  • We’d be happy to provide you with the model in an interactive 3D viewer as well. This will allow you to view it from every angle, review it together with us and refine every detail.
  • Upon request or for larger projects, we also create a physical prototype. This allows us to evaluate not only the appearance and design, but also the stability and buildability.
  • Once everything is in order and you have approved the model, production begins.

BUILDING INSTRUCTIONS

So every brick finds its place.

That’s why we create custom building instructions for each project, designed to match your corporate design and explaining the assembly process step by step. The design possibilities are virtually limitless. At the same time, we’ve found it helpful to model our instructions after the well-known LEGO building instructions, as they provide a particularly simple and enjoyable building experience.
Depending on the project, we provide the building instructions in print or as a digital PDF. QR codes on the packaging are particularly popular, as they allow customers or employees to download the instructions directly. This saves resources and reduces production costs.

PACKAGING

After all, first impressions count.

Even before anyone picks up the first brick, an impression of your brand or product is already being formed. That is exactly why packaging is an important part of the entire project.
Depending on the size, weight, and dimensions of the set, we’ll work with you to select the right packaging. From compact folding cartons to sturdy cardboard solutions for larger kits, there are many options available.
Of course, we’ll design these in accordance with your corporate design guidelines. Colors, logos, images, and content will be tailored to your company. If you’d prefer to handle the design in-house, we’ll be happy to provide you with the appropriate die-cut templates.
High-quality packaging not only protects the contents, but also turns a building block set into a memorable gift that leaves a lasting impression.

It really makes an impression.

Using our in-house UV printing system, print directly onto LEGO® bricks with a durable, permanent finish. Logos, text, graphics, or custom designs are applied directly to the brick, resulting in a significantly higher-quality look than traditional stickers.
Of course, we also offer sticker solutions if needed. Which option makes more sense depends on the specific project and the desired effect.
Before production begins, we will be happy to provide you with the appropriate print samples free of charge upon request.

It sounds simple, but it isn't.

Once all parts have been sourced, inspected, and printed, one of the most labor-intensive stages begins: kiting. Our sets are individually assembled and packed by hand.
To ensure the highest possible quality, we employ multiple quality control steps and conduct regular interim inspections. However, if a part is missing or the wrong one is included, we will, of course, quickly and easily arrange for a replacement so that nothing stands in the way of your building experience. In this case, simply send a short message to fhccbeg@ennoevpx.ng

FAQ

Will I receive a prototype to review before production begins?

Yes. Upon request or for larger projects, we also create a physical prototype. This allows you to perform a final review of the model and enables us to assess its appearance, stability, and buildability. This way, any necessary adjustments can be made before mass production begins.

Existing 3D data can certainly help us when developing a model, but mainly as an additional reference for shape, proportions, and details.

Direct import or automatic conversion into a model made of LEGO bricks is generally not possible, as common CAD data formats cannot be imported into our development software. The actual design of the model is therefore always created from scratch and specifically tailored for implementation with building bricks.

Yes, definitely. We’d be happy to handle the design for you, but we can also provide the necessary templates and die-cut data if you’d like to create the packaging design yourself.

Let’s create something special together—we’d be happy to support you and provide a customized, no-obligation quote for your own model made from LEGO bricks.
